Reflexology
Reflexology uses gentle, specifically applied pressure to the feet to encourage deep relaxation and support the body’s natural balance. This calming treatment may help ease tension, improve sleep, uplift mood, and enhance overall wellbeing.
What to expect:
Your first session begins with a brief health consultation to understand your needs. Treatments include calming massage techniques for the feet and lower legs, using a soothing balm for comfort. You’ll only need to remove socks and roll up trousers — no need to change clothes.
The massage is paced to be both effective and relaxing. You’ll be invited to close your eyes and switch off completely, with the option of an eye pillow to deepen your rest.

"I was lucky to have a 30-min reflexology session with Georgia. It was my first time, but she was so calm and friendly, I felt at ease right away. The session was so lovely – relaxing music, optional eye mask, and I could just close my eyes and let my mind drift. Georgia had a gentle, thorough touch, working both feet the same. The 30 mins flew by. A beautiful intro to reflexology – I’ll definitely be booking again!"

"After the session, I felt very relaxed, almost floaty in my head. On the walk home, I certainly noticed the lack of aches in the arches of my feet that I hadn't even realised were there before the session. "

"I was very lucky to receive reflexology from Georgia in one of her community sessions at Telegraph Hill Centre. I suffer from rheumatoid arthritis and had always wanted to try reflexology. Georgia has such a gentle yet detailed approach, and it was amazing to see this difference it made when I stood up afterwards. I would highly recommend Georgia's comfortable and relaxing environment!"

"I found the session so soothing and relaxing, especially for my toes. As a bonus, my neck afterwards felt less tense and more comfortable afterwards and still does."

“Going into my early 40s, I felt out of sync, dealing with weight gain, low energy, and the challenges of managing perimenopause alongside PCOS. Georgia took the time to understand my symptoms and guided me through realistic nutrition changes that worked for my body. Now, my energy is more stable, my weight feels easier to manage, and I finally have a plan that supports me through this stage of life.”

“I was struggling with weight gain, acne, and low energy from PCOS, and nothing I tried seemed to help. Alongside my GP-prescribed medication, Georgia helped me create a simple, sustainable nutritional plan that actually fit into my life. Small, manageable changes made all the difference, and now I feel so much better in myself.”
