Support for steady energy, balance and lasting wellbeing.

I help people restore stability in their energy and overall health through personalised, realistic support using nutritional therapy and reflexology, adapted to your life, your pace and your needs.

Grounded and sustainable, my approach is designed to help you feel nourished, regulated and more at home in your body.

Reflexology

A restorative treatment using gentle pressure on the feet to encourage deep relaxation and support the body’s natural balance. Reflexology can help reduce stress, improve sleep quality and calm an overactive nervous system. It offers dedicated time to pause and restore when life feels full or demanding.

I’m Georgia, a registered Nutritional Therapist and Reflexologist supporting individuals in restoring steady energy, balance and resilience in everyday life.

I trained in Naturopathic Nutrition at the College of Naturopathic Medicine, completing three years of study alongside over 200 hours of supervised clinical practice. I later trained in Reflexology at the London School of Reflexology at Regent's University London, deepening my hands-on therapeutic work and focus on nervous system regulation.

I am a registered member of British Association for Nutrition and Lifestyle Medicine, Association of Naturopathic Practitioners and the Association of Reflexologists, and I am listed with the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council. These registrations ensure my practice is held to recognised professional and ethical standards.

My work is grounded in evidence-informed nutrition and delivered with calm, considered care. Whether through nutritional therapy, reflexology or a combination of both, I support clients in making realistic, sustainable changes that integrate comfortably into real life.
