This gives me a detailed understanding of what’s happening in your body, highlights any potential imbalances, and provides insight into your lifestyle and main health goals.
From there, the process becomes entirely tailored to you. No two consultations are the same, because no two people are the same.
These days, social media is full of health tips, trends, and so-called “superfoods” claiming to be cure-alls. But the truth is, the best solutions are the ones that are specific to your needs—not generic fads.
I take a methodical, personalised approach that helps uncover your unique nutritional requirements. Together, we create a full picture of your health using appropriate testing (if needed) and a customised wellness programme. It’s all about working with your lifestyle, not against it, to create sustainable changes that deliver lasting results.
You won’t find one-size-fits-all advice on any of my channels. I believe in making meaningful, individualised recommendations. Depending on your goals, we might work together for a short 6-week health refresh—but in most cases, I recommend a 12-week programme. This gives us time to check in regularly, assess what’s working, adjust the plan as needed, and incorporate any testing or results that emerge along the way.
