About me
Hello, I’m Georgia. I’m a registered Nutritional Therapist and Reflexologist passionate about helping people feel their best through nourishing food, supportive lifestyle changes, and gentle, hands-on therapies.
I believe wellbeing is shaped by how we live each day. For me, that means long walks, sea swims, time in nature, and wandering through local farmers’ markets. These simple pleasures inspire my holistic approach to health.
I’m a proud member of BANT and registered with the CNHC, ensuring you receive care that meets the highest professional standards. I trained at the College of Naturopathic Medicine for three years, completing over 200 hours of clinical practice alongside academic study. I’m also a member of the Association of Reflexologists, upholding the same professional integrity in my reflexology work.
Alongside personalised nutrition support, I offer reflexology to help the body rest, rebalance, and restore. My approach focuses on sustainable lifestyle changes and a positive, enjoyable relationship with food, helping you nourish both body and mind with whole, nutrient-rich meals that are as satisfying as they are good for you.
